WillStaffer of the Year
Each year WillStaff Worldwide selects an employee, who works on assignments for our clients, to receive the WillStaffer of the Year Award. The award is presented to the employee who best represents themselves and our organization through their work habits and contributions to our clients. The award includes a plaque, and transportation and hotel accommodations for two to WillStaff Worldwide’s Annual Awards Banquet where they will receive their award. Winners also represent WillStaff Worldwide as our nominee for the American Staffing Association’s National Staffing Employee of the Year.
How a recipient is selected.
Local office staff and client supervisors are given the opportunity to nominate employees. An Awards Committee reviews the nominations and selects the winner. Key factors in selecting a winner are: length of service, attendance, client performance reviews, and a demonstration to go above and beyond what is expected.
